Brooklyn Doran (she/her) is a queer singer-songwriter originally from the heart of Northwestern Ontario, who has been a staple of the Toronto folk scene for over ten years. Doran’s unique sound weaves song and storytelling; the polarity between her music and personality create a harmonious blend of wit and humour contrasted by vulnerable lyricism and haunting melody.
Mickey Dykeman is a gay and trans comedian, writer and producer based in Toronto. They are rostered at the Comedy Lab, host for Black-sheep Entertainment, are the co-writer of the limited series ‘Douche Rehab’, and opened for Elvira Kurt at Paradise Theatre. Mickey will be hosting the opening set, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Blxck Cxsper, a non-binary hip hop artist, is known for being the founder of Trans Trenderz, the first record label for trans artists, earning a spot on Billboard’s top 100 music executives list in 2021. Their music, influenced by their French Caribbean heritage, is driven by anti-colonialism, blending cultural richness with powerful messages.
Best known as the voice of a generation, the legendary seven-time nominated / four-time Juno Award-winning, five-time Billboard Dance Chart topping vocalist for acts including the Gold and Platinum selling Love Inc., as well as BKS, and Widelife, Toronto-based Simone Denny’s powerhouse vocals drive a prolific list of songs beloved around the world. Among those late night, international club anthems are: You’re A Superstar, Broken Bones, Astroplane, Who Do You Love, Into The Night, Here Comes The Sunshine, I Don’t Want You, Cliché; and she is also the voice of TV’s original Queer Eye For The Straight Guy theme, All Things (Just Keep Getting Better).
Amanda Roberts has been entertaining audiences since 1992. He is known for his character impersonations such as Celine Dion, Cher, Madonna, Reba McEntire, Annie Lennox and Bette Davis. Amanda will be hosting set 2 from 3:00 pm. to 5:00 p.m.
